One of my favourite songs from the classic 1971 Bricusse/Newley-scored movie musical Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (based upon Roald Dahl's original children's novel and starring Gene Wilder as the eponymous & highly eccentric chocolate maker) is 'Pure Imagination', which gave me the inspiration for this present gallery. What would transpire if I provided an AI image-generating program with just a bare minimum of fantasy-themed verbal prompts, rather than a detailed synopsis like I normally do for it? What would this program's 'imagination' generate? There was only one way to find out, so that is exactly what I did recently with ChatGPT - and the following gallery's fascinating series of highly eclectic & extremely eyecatching images was the result.
For apart from suggesting some characters or creatures to appear in the images alongside the bikers, all I prompted was the art style for each of them, which ranged widely, from Renaissance, Gothic & Baroque to Art Nouveau & Deco, Surrealism, Fauvism, and many others. So cast your eyes upon these very diverse biker-themed depictions drawn (in every sense) from the pure imagination, or otherwise, of AI. As for the bikers themselves: bearing in mind that these too are creations of ChatGPT, I've decided to call their gang the Chat Cats, and you'll be seeing more of them in subsequent galleries.
