The world mythology of our own planet Earth contains many legends & folktales appertaining to alleged sunken lands & even vast continents that were supposedly lost beneath the oceans' mighty waves back in long-gone, far-distant times, such as Atlantis, Atland, Lemuria, Mu & Lyonesse, to name but a few. Biker Earth also lays claim to at least one lost continent, except that in this instance the very sizeable land mass in question, named Arcanus, isn't actually lost, despite its popular 'lost continent' moniker. No indeed, it is still very much in existence, but what IS lost is the civilisation that once existed here. For reasons that remain a complete mystery, it vanished during this planet's most ancient, earliest phase of human history, leaving behind only a scattering of shattered remains that confirm its ertswhile presence - collapsed temples, fallen columns, toppled statues, all of which have long since become overgrown & reclaimed by the lush verdant tropical rainforest surrounding & enveloping them.
However, life itself is far from lost here, because humans have been replaced on Arcanus by the likes of vivid multicoloured jungle birds & shimmering serpents with rainbow-hued scales. Happily, these latter reptiles are non-venomous, as a result of which the wrecked remains of this once-thriving continent have become exceedingly popular tourist attractions, receiving countless biker visitors every year, eager to explore its immense expanses of primeval forest to seek out its fascinating fallen relics & enjoy the rich diversity of exotic wildlife that claim it as home.
So here is a vibrant gallery of pictures depicting Arcanus & its biker tourists, but where you too, and from the restful repose of your favourite armchair, can leisurely traverse this spectacular land of the no-longer lost, a continent nowadays refound & reclaimed by modern-day visitors here on Biker Earth. even though its original inhabitants remain as resolutely mysterious & missing today as they have always been, at least as far as contemopoary historians are concerned.
